1. Service Description

Pdleye provides an automated video recording service for padel matches at equipped courts. Users can activate a recording through a WhatsApp bot, select duration, and receive the video after the match ends.

2. Types of Services

  1. One-time Recording ($4): A single video session of 15, 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.

  2. Monthly Subscription ($18): Unlimited recordings within a 30-day period.

3. Access and Use Conditions

Services are accessed through WhatsApp and linked to the user's WhatsApp number.
Subscriptions and single recordings are valid only at the specific club location where the payment was made.
Any attempt to use the subscription at other locations without approval may result in suspension.
Service is considered delivered once the recording begins and is non-refundable.

4. Video Delivery and Retention

Upon recording completion, the video is processed and sent to the user via WhatsApp.
Video delivery depends on stable internet connectivity at the venue.
If the connection is temporarily unavailable, delivery may be delayed.
Videos are accessible via download link for 24 hours after recording.
After that, videos may be deleted permanently.
Users are responsible for downloading videos on time.

5. Court Button Function

Where available, a physical button allows the user to request a 35-second clip prior to pressing it.
The button only functions during an active recording and for the user who initiated the session.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds are granted after the recording begins.
Exceptions may apply in cases of technical failure verified by internal logs.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

7. Restrictions and Prohibited Actions

Subscriptions are personal and tied to a specific WhatsApp number.

  • Prohibited actions include:

    • Sharing access with others

    • Starting recordings for friends, coaches, or third parties

    • Using the subscription at different locations

    • Bypassing system restrictions through multiple accounts

  • Violations may lead to account suspension or cancellation without refund.

8. Marketing Use of Videos

Users agree that select video clips may be used for marketing or demonstration (e.g., on our website or social media).
Pdleye will not publish videos with sensitive or private content without consent.
Users may request content removal via email or WhatsApp.

9. Data & Privacy

We collect minimal data (WhatsApp number, usage history, payments).
No personal identifiers or card data are stored.
Data is used strictly for service operation and is not shared with third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Pdleye is not responsible for:

  • Internet issues at the venue (Wi-Fi, mobile, Ethernet)

  • WhatsApp service outages

  • Failure to download the video within 24 hours

  • Technical problems caused by third-party equipment or users

  • Video quality affected by lighting, weather, or gameplay

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes shall be resolved by competent courts within the UAE.
Pdleye services are offered only within the UAE unless stated otherwise.
